A Well Drafted Contract - Money in the Bank

One general truism in contract law is that a well drafted contract that clearly outlines the obligations of all parties is less likely to result in a lawsuit if things go south. A contract that is unclear and does not specifically spell out the obligations of each party is ripe for potential litigation that will cost substantially more than the cost of paying an attorney to properly draft/and or review the contract prior to all parties signing the contract.
